Choosing Pals without guesswork
Most Pal decisions come down to three questions: what can it do at my base, how does it fight, and can I breed another one. These tools answer each from the same game data, so the numbers always agree with each other.
Start in the Paldex if you have a name in mind, or the work suitability finder if you have a job to fill. When two Pals look close, use the comparison tool, then check what each one is weak to in the type chart.
Frequently asked questions
What is the difference between the Paldex and the comparison tool?
The Paldex is one big sortable table of all Pals. The comparison tool puts two or three chosen Pals side by side and highlights the best value in each row.
How many Pals are covered?
299 Pals, including 85 variant forms, from the 1.0.x game data.
Do the tools include my own Pals’ stats?
No. They use base species values from the game data. Your own Pals also depend on level, individual values and passive skills.
