How to use the work suitability finder
- Tick every job your base needs, for example Mining and Transporting.
- Set a minimum level. Level 1 shows everyone. Higher levels show only the specialists.
- Choose all to see Pals that cover every job you ticked, or any for a wider list.
- Read the results from the top. The total column adds up the levels in the jobs you picked.
- Open a Pal from the list to see its breeding routes and stats.

How the finder ranks Pals
For each Pal it reads the base work level for every job you ticked. A Pal only counts a job when its level meets your minimum. The total is the sum of those levels, and results are sorted by that total, then by Paldex number.
Limits
- Levels are the base values from the game files. Passive skills, your Pal’s level and its condition are not included.
- We do not show work speed numbers, because we have no verified conversion from level to speed.

Frequently asked questions
What is work suitability in Palworld?
Work suitability is the list of base jobs a Pal can do, each with a level. A Pal with Mining level 3 can work at a mining site, and a higher level means it does that job better.
What does the highest level look like in the game data?
Levels in the 1.0.x data run from 1 up to 8. The table below shows the top level for each job and every Pal that reaches it.
Should I pick “all of the jobs” or “any of the jobs”?
Pick “all” to find single Pals who can cover several jobs at once, which saves base slots. Pick “any” to see everyone who can do at least one of the jobs.
Does this account for passive skills or Pal level?
No. It uses the base work levels from the game data only. Passive skills, condition and your own Pal’s level can change how fast a Pal actually works.
